All services and funding products listed on this website are strictly designated for commercial, business, or B2B purposes. We do not write, broker, or consult on personal, household, agricultural, or consumer financing. You agree that any request you submit is solely on behalf of an active operating business entity.
BluePeak Capital LLC is a commercial broker and matching advisor. We are not a direct lender, factor, banking repository, or underwriting syndicate unless otherwise stated in writing. Submission of your business profile information does not constitute a funding approval, interest rate guarantee, or commit participating underwriters to extend funding.
You agree to provide true, accurate, and current financial metrics (such as estimated monthly deposits, business legal name, and start dates) during the request process. Providing intentionally fraudulent metrics may result in termination of services and potential liability.
By submitting a request, you consent to receive email and telephone communications from us and our verified funding partners. Consent to receive SMS text updates is optional, unchecked by default, and is provided only when you separately select the SMS consent checkbox on our funding request form.
SMS Messaging Program Terms: By opting into SMS text updates, you consent to receive automated informational and customer-care text messages from BluePeak Capital LLC regarding your business funding request, request status updates, appointments, document reminders, and related customer support at the mobile number provided. Messages may be sent via an autodialer. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods, services, or funding options.
Frequency & Rates: Message frequency varies based on your request status and interaction needs. Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile provider.
STOP & HELP: You may opt out of SMS text communications at any time. To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any message you receive. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **State of Arizona**, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising under or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in Phoenix, Arizona.

We respect the privacy of commercial decision-makers. This policy explains how we collect, store, and process business profile data.
We use business data to assess underwriting eligibility, match your profile with commercial funding partners, provide updates, and coordinate specialists. We do not use tracking cookies for behavioral retargeting.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except with aggregators and service providers necessary to deliver and support the text-messaging service. This DPA governs the processing of personal and business contact data between the Controller (you) and the Processor (BluePeak Capital LLC) as necessary to perform B2B brokerage matching.
1. Categories of Data: Corporate name, address, decision-maker contact details, email logs, monthly deposits, and commercial transaction records.
2. Obligations: Processor shall only process data to match Controller with verified capital underwriters. Processor will implement administrative and technical controls to safeguard corporate records.
3. Subprocessors: Controller authorizes Processor to share information with CRM services, SMS delivery networks, and matched underwriting groups as needed to fulfill the matches. All subprocessors are bound to non-sharing data clauses.
4. Security Breaches: In the event of a confirmed breach affecting stored data, Processor will alert Controller within 72 hours of verification.
