All services and funding products listed on this website are designated strictly for commercial, business, or B2B purposes. We do not solicit, originate, or service consumer, personal, or household loans. You represent and warrant that all inquiries submitted are on behalf of a validly formed business entity.
BluePeak Capital LLC is a matching advisor and commercial finance broker. We are not a direct lender, factor, depository bank, or underwriting syndicate unless explicitly stated in writing. Submission of a request does not guarantee funding approval, a specific rate offer, or obligation by participating underwriters.
You agree to provide true, accurate, and current business metrics (including revenue estimates, business entity names, and operational history). Misrepresenting business information may result in immediate cancellation of advisory services.
SMS Program Description: When you choose to opt in to our SMS text messaging program by selecting the SMS consent checkbox on our forms, BluePeak Capital LLC will send marketing offers, promotional messages, and automated customer-care text messages regarding your business funding request, inquiry status updates, document reminders, appointment schedules, and related support at the mobile number provided.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry status and active communications.
Rates & Fees: Message and data rates may apply from your mobile service provider depending on your cellular plan.
Opt-Out (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message received. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless initiated by you.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be settled by binding arbitration in Phoenix, Arizona.
